These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Revera Flow Capture ("Capture," "the Service," or "the App"), a Mac application provided by Revera Flow ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using Capture you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Capture is a Mac dictation and text-capture application. It transcribes spoken audio, applies optional cleanup or rewriting, and inserts the result at your cursor in other applications. Capture operates either entirely on-device ("Local Only" mode) or with optional cloud assistance ("Save to Flow," "Polish," "Rewrite," and "Command Mode" features).
Capture is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Capture on Macs you own or control, for your own personal or professional use, in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription.
One subscription covers one person. You may install Capture on multiple Macs that you personally use. You may not share account credentials, license keys, or installations with other people.
Capture offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless you qualify for our refund policy below.
Refund policy: We offer full refunds within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Email hello@reveraflow.com from the account address. After 30 days, contact us anyway — we'll do what's fair.
You retain all rights to the audio you record, the transcripts Capture produces, and any text you dictate or rewrite. In Local Only mode, your content never leaves your Mac. In Save to Flow mode, your captures are saved to your Revera Flow corpus, encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only by you.
We do not use your content to train any AI model, ours or any third party's. Cloud features that involve LLMs (Polish, Rewrite, Command Mode) send the transcript briefly to the model provider; we do not retain the audio, and the resulting text is returned only to you.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to record any voice content you submit to Capture and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights (including, where applicable, consent laws governing voice recording).

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly those producing automated or abusive traffic patterns. Our usage caps are written to leave normal human dictation untouched; if your normal usage hits a limit, contact us.
Capture's Polish, Rewrite, and Command Mode features use large language models operated by third-party providers (currently OpenAI). You acknowledge that:
Capture includes Sparkle, an auto-update framework, so the App can deliver bug fixes and new features to you automatically. You may disable automatic updates in the App's preferences. We may discontinue or modify features at any time; if a change materially reduces the functionality of your paid plan we will, where feasible, offer a prorated refund or credit.
Revera Flow owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and any AI prompts or models trained on our behalf. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. "Revera Flow," "Capture," and associated marks are trademarks of Revera Flow.
Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Capture you acknowledge and agree to the practices described there.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription accuracy will meet a specific standard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revera Flow's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
You may stop using Capture at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account becomes a security risk, or if payment is repeatedly unsuccessful. On termination, your license ends; you must uninstall the App. Data already saved to your Revera Flow corpus remains yours and may be exported.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app message. Continued use of Capture after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
